i was very skeptical about this soup some time ago. But it turned out to be an amazing dish – tasty and so vividly green!
1 liter of stock
2 heads of Boston lettuce
ground black pepper
2 tbsps of fish sauce
1 tbsp of sour cream for each plate (for serving)
The stock is flavoured with garlic, chili pepper and lemon grass so now i need little ingredients.
Boil the stock
Add pepper and fish sauce
Add torn lettuce
Boil for a minute
Blend it all
Serve the soup
Add sour cream
Enjoy!
