No bake cake
Ingredients:
1 liter of fat milk
1/2 cube of soft butter (125 g)
1 cup of sugar (i use brown sugar)*
2/3 cup of semolina
100 g of unsweetened coconut flakes
50 g of milk powder
100 g of dried cranberries
tea biscuits or graham crackers (depends on how big your baking pan is)
unsweetened coconut flakes for decoration – if you want
* i do not use sugar at all so this cake may not be sweet for others. You can use 1 ½ cups of sugar
chocolate glaze:
100g of dark chocolate
5 tbsps of milk
Grease the baking pan with butter
Line the pan with parchment paper
Slap the biscuits on the bottom of the baking cake pan
In pot put butter and sugar. Let it melt. Stir
Pour milk and coconut flakes and boil
Add slowly semolina and let it boil for 2 minutes. Mix all the time
Remove the pot from the oven
Add milk powder and cranberries mixing thoroughly
Place the batter over the biscuit
Put another layer of biscuit
Put something heavy to glue the batter with the biscuits
Let it cool

Refrigerate it
